Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The following is the policy all customers must abide by when using their Zeppole service. It outlines the various acceptable uses for your account and what we consider abuse. By signing up and/or using your Zeppole account, you agree to abide by this policy and to keep updated on changes. This policy may change at any time.

You agree to not use Zeppole Service to:

a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-images; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;

b. harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;

c. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

8.1 Illegality/Adult Content
Zeppole Services neither sanctions nor permits site content or the transmission of data that contains illegal or obscene material or fosters or promotes illegal activity, including but not limited to, gambling, the offering for sale of illegal weapons, and the promotion or publication of any material that may violate hate crimes legislation.

Zeppole Services reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or transmission that violates this policy, without prior notice.

Further, should Customer violate this policy, Zeppole Services will actively assist and cooperate with law enforcement agencies and government authorities in collecting and tendering information about Customer, Customer's site, the illegal or obscene content, and those persons that may have inappropriately accessed, acquired, or used the illegal or obscene content.

Net Etiquette and Abuse
At Zeppole, we would like every customer to have the best News Service experience possible; however, we do not wish it to be at other customers' expense. The Internet is a global computer network which is comprised of people from diverse backgrounds. When communicating with people on the Internet, it is best to keep in mind that there is another person on the other end of the computer that you are communicating with. Please treat others with the same respect as you would like to be treated.

Copyrights
Almost every country has copyright laws. Zeppole cannot and does not review the information flowing through or stored on our system. When you become a Zeppole customer, you are agreeing not to transfer or store copyrighted works on our system without the permission of the copyright holder.

Content
The content of Zeppole newsgroups is not regulated by Zeppole; therefore, Zeppole is not liable for their contents. Please do not contact the administrators regarding copyright issues, inflammatory posts, etc. Child pornography is expressly prohibited and any such postings in your groups will result in immediate termination of your account.
