Zeppole Server has hosted our private news group in an excellent manner for more than two years. We are a stationery producing group (PC platform using IE/OE6) that encourages open and honest exchange of information and concepts in a technically and an emotionally safe climate in which problem solving and innovation prosper. Each one of the visualizes find their own means of expression, using imagery which are personal to them and techniques which they have developed by dint of practice and sheer hard work. Private obsessions are coupled with raw talent and a determination to master the technicalities of the craft making audiovisual electronic mail communicate. Zeppole Server is providing a safe and unobstructed electronic framework support for our private community to be informal, experimental, action-oriented with few rules, high flexibility and low levels of fear.

The Zeppole Server has hosted our groups, both public and private for nearly 4 years now. The service has always been excellent and timely. I believe that all too often there is a misconception that "if the graphics are not professional that the organization behind them is not professional". In my experience Zeppole has always conducted themselves in a very professional manner. In the past I have hosted with other servers and have checked out still more hosts, Zeppole has proven to be one of the best hosts available.

I have been using Zeppole for a little over a year now. Zeppole provides quality hosting of my newsgroup. Downtime in the last 2 years has been twice, once during the eastern blackout this summer, and once last winter due to a major ice storm. Upload and download time is very quick, and response to questions or concerns come quickly, my last 2 questions were answered within 10 minutes. Several other servers that I used in the past have had excuses for poor connections, such as too much internet traffic, to many users on the same site, etc. I have not had one response from an inquiry come back. Quite the opposite, I have had advance information when the server was going to be going through maintenance, so I could alert all users days ahead of time. I can say nothing bad about this host. It has been a real pleasure working with the ZeppoleMaster, and he will continue to get my praise.

I, and my fellow members, are completely satisfied with the services provided and our highest recommendation are given to anyone asking me, and us, for a service like the one that you provide. I do thank you for the impeccable services supplied to us since the year 2001 and I wish that Zeppole Services will continue to prosper.
